Bug reports and subscription cancellations are being prioritized and bumped to the top of our list. To route your message to the appropriate team member - and get a response faster, you can use the following in the Subject line:
- "Cancel" when you ask us to cancel a subscription;
- "Bug" when you are reporting a bug;
- "Report" if you are writing to us to report a copyright violation.
We will respond to you as soon as we can!
