If you only have a minute or so to devote to exercise in your day the One Minute Cardio workout is perfect for you. Each exercise takes just 10 seconds to perform. Yet, you will feel the load as your heart pumps faster, your lungs work harder and your body temperature goes up. Add EC and go for Level III and you've got yourself a winner. 
Extra Credit: 1 minute rest between sets.
