DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
If you only have two minutes to spare towards some exercise you can do no better than the 2-Minute Abs workout. The 2-Minute Abs program helps you strengthen this critically important muscle group. 
Extra Credit: Keep your chin to your chest for all floor exercises where you are required to lie back.
