After Breakfast is a cardiovascular and aerobic workout that will raise your body temperature, get you in the sweat zone and help you improve your endurance and recovery time between sets. This is perfect for those days when you feel you could do with a workout that'll make you sweat but the weather outside is not being cooperative. 
Extra Credit: Do 30 reps each exercise instead of 20.
