When it comes to exercise a minute is a very long time. The Architect is a workout that builds you up a minute at a time, taking you from one exercise to the next in mostly one-minute intervals. This is a full body workout that also challenges your VO2 Max helping you develop better endurance. Do it with EC for an even greater load on your lungs.   
Extra Credit: 1 minute rest between sets.
