Black Belt is a combat-moves based workout which means that instantly you will also improve your IQ alongside your fitness. This is an advanced workout so if you're new to fitness this won't really work for you and, also, you should not be trying it if you're just getting back into fitness after a long lay-off. If, however, you're already well on your fitness journey you absolutely need to try this.
