While Burn Off will not load your lungs or push you to the very edge of your physical ability it is a pretty thorough full body workout that engages, to varying degrees, almost every major muscle group in the body. Bring the knees up to waist height each time you do High Knees and the load begins to pile up pretty quickly. Add EC and it definitely doesn't feel as easy as it looks.
