DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
Child Of Fire is a workout that should be standard physical curriculum for any colony dweller contemplating that one day may have to battle the evil forces of an overreaching empire. Beyond the obvious fact that combat moves make you smarter as well as fitter, there is the additional element of the freedom you feel when you can move your body at will, in any way you like.  
Extra Credit: 1 minute rest between sets.
