DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
Code Red is a workout that needs you to be fast, zippy and focused. The exercises have large movements. You will get hot under the collar. You will breathe heavily. Your cardiovascular system will be challenged. Your VO2 Max levels will be tested. But it is a Code Red workout after all. So add EC and try for Level III, if possible. 
Extra Credit: 1 minute rest between sets.
