DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
Flexibility prevents injuries, generates power, increases confidence in ourselves and the way we move our body and increases both range of motion (ROM) and mobility. Mobility, in particular, is a key requirement to maintaining a youthful body as we age. Daily Flexibility is a workout you should do, if not daily, at least three times a week.
