Damsel is a full-body, super-empowering, strength and tone workout. It is an advanced workout so it's not suitable for beginners or if you're just coming back after a long lay-off or an injury. It will however, once you get into it, help trigger the kind of adaptations that lead to greater physical power and a stronger, more capable body.
Extra Credit: Hit at least 4 reps for pull-ups each time.
