DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
Defcon1 is a total body strength workout and, as such, it really piles on the pressure forcing the muscles to work through their fuel reserves and then work some more. As a result this is not suitable for those who are new to fitness or those starting their fitness journey again but it certainly is a workout you should keep on your horizon. Its time will come, for you.  
Extra Credit: 1 minute rest between sets.
