Driver Workout is a DAREBEE no equipment home fitness workout that helps develop greater mobility, flexibility and range of movement in the upper body and neck joints.
DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
Driver is an upper body mobility exercise. It helps increase range of movement, ligament and tendon flexibility and strength. It then helps increase the body's capability to generate power through movement and control through joint strength and tendon and ligament stability.  
Extra Credit: Hold each pose / do each exercise for 60 seconds.
