DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
Dumbbell Triceps is exactly the workout you needed for firm triceps, shoulders and a clean strong line on your upper body. This is a difficulty Level IV workout so it will tax you but, at the same time, it will help you become stronger and more resistant to fatigue.  
Extra Credit: Use 6lb+ (3kg+) dumbbells minimum.
