Energy Boost is the workout you go to in order to feel energized for the start of your day or when you get home, after work. A difficulty Level I workout it is designed to get your heart pumping and your blood circulating and your body moving without, however, pushing the limits of your capabilities. There is no time on this workout and no sets. You do it once or as many times as you feel you need to in order to feel great.
