This is a total body workout that applies a load to particular muscle groups and then, in the next exercise loads them again but broadens the muscle groups that come in play. You get tired, you recover on the fly and then have to perform again. But you know this is what it takes. Come the post-apocalyptic landscape of the future fall of mankind you need to have what it takes to make it out in the plain.
