To Hell & Back is not really that bad, even if you do bring your knees waist height during High Knees and jump as high as you can when doing Burpees, but it does build up its cardio load, especially if you try it with Extra Credit that limits the recovery time significantly. It will get you into the sweat zone from the very first set and it'll keep you there throughout.
Extra Credit: 1 minute rest between sets.
