Each of our workouts is a home workout which you can do not just at home but also anywhere you have a little space and some inclination, at any time of the day. Home Workout is then different not because you can do it at home but because it works virtually every major muscle group without taxing your physical reserves. You don't even have to change out of your sweatpants to do it. Try and bring your knees to waist height while doing March Steps but it's OK if you yet can't. This will get your body going, improve your overall cardiovascular performance and will get you feeling good.
