DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
Kickboxing requires you to use every part of your body to its maximum capacity. You need speed, power and endurance. You have to have quick recovery time. You need to be able to explode from standing still and you need to be able to last a few rounds, as well. The Kickboxing workout is here to prepare you to do all of this. You will thank us some day.
