Tempo and intensity are more important than length of time and complexity. The Kinder workout will not take you long to do even if you do seven sets and take the full two minutes break time in between sets. But it will raise your heart rate, put you in the sweat zone and you will breathe hard. Do that often enough and you change not just your physical self but also your mental one. Be kind not just to your body but also your mind.
