DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
Lawman is a three-part, total body strength workout that uses gravity and the body's own mass to teach muscles to beat inertia. As such it requires you to focus on form, even when you're tired, which means that it will gradually begin to deplete your resolve and test your grit. Add EC, push yourself to the limit.  
Extra Credit: 1 minute rest between sets.
