Mercenary is an advanced strength-building workout that requires a pull-up bar and some dumbbells. The result, however, is a boundary-pushing, performance-defining workout that helps you take things to the next level. This is not for beginners or anyone getting back to fitness after an illness. Don't let it drop off completely from your horizon, either, though.
Extra Credit: Use 14 lb+ (7 kg+) dumbbells minimum.
