Not A Damsel is definitely not an easy workout. As a difficulty Level IV, full-body strength workout it's designed to help you increase your strength, power and endurance and develop greater cardiovascular efficiency. This is not a workout that's suitable for beginners or anyone getting back to fitness after a lay-off, but it should definitely be on your horizon as an excellent means to level up on strength.
Extra Credit: Hit at least 5 chin-ups at every set.
