DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
As the name suggests Outrun is a lower body workout that's designed to improve your aerobic and cardiovascular systems and also, your running. Lower body strength is the pillar the entire body runs on to generate power in its moves and create endurance. Outrun helps you develop all these fitness attributes without draining your batteries.
