Pumpkin Patch lets you use that medicine ball you have lying around in a way that will amplify the effect of the exercises on the load-bearing muscles of your body. This is a total body strength workout and you could, of course, use a pumpkin if you have one lying around, though you may want to bear in mind the extensive workout you will need to put in at the clean-up, should your grip falter. EC only makes it better.
