DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
When it comes to using our body's weight against gravity we only have two options: Either we push or we pull. The Push & Pull workout lives up to its name by using both approaches to help you build some serious upper body strength. The exercise mix recruits some very specific muscle groups and helps develop that honed, lean upper body muscle that looks good and performs great! 
Extra Credit: Do a minimum of 5 reps of each pull-up bar exercises.
