DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
Ruthless is not a workout for beginners. But, as a difficulty Level IV workout this is the workout you go to when you look to level up in strength. As the name suggests it will push you to your limits, but it will also hasten the activation of the body's adaptive response that leads to significant strength gains.  
Extra Credit: Hit minimum 5 reps for chin-ups every time.
