Scorpion is the kind of workout that you know has a little bit of a sting in the tail as you get to work your whole body but focus on lower back, hip flexors, glutes and core. This increases the control you have over your body, helps with agility and increases your overall skill level in combat moves. If you add EC you will also push the limits of your VO2 Max capability.
