DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
Snap Out Of It is a fast, high-burn workout designed to get your cardiovascular system going and test your aerobic performance. As such it becomes a core component of any conditioning program which means that when you add EC you increase the load your lungs, heart and muscles will take. Easy enough to be done by almost anyone at any time, it should be on your monthly horizon of conditioning routines.  
Extra Credit: 1 minute rest between sets.
