DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
You know you need full body strength to survive the Zombie Apocalypse. Because you never quite know what you will need to do you just have to be prepared for anything. Team Zombie is a full body workout that targets every major muscle group without leaving you with no reserves for the rest of the day; just in case the Zombie Apocalypse doesn't happen and you still need to get to work. 
Extra Credit: 1 minute rest between sets.
