DAREBEE Workout: What it Works
Threshold is a strength and muscle building workout. It requires dumbbells and good form. Pay attention to the speed of execution of each movement and slow them down as much as you can in order to recruit more muscle fibers and activate more adaptations that will lead to stronger muscles and bones. EC, if you can.  
Extra Credit: Use 7kg+ (14lb +) dumbbells.
