30 Days of Cardio is a no-equipment at-home cardio-oriented program designed to get your body moving, your blood flowing, and your heart rate up. It’s perfect for anyone looking to improve their cardiovascular system, aerobic capacity and general fitness. It’ll also help you reduce body fat % and get leaner, in the comfort of your home. Each workout can be scaled up or down depending on the level you choose to do it at, so it can easily fit into your day and fitness level. Each can take as little as 10 minutes to complete from start to finish - and that includes rest time.
This program comes in three versions: regular (this one), light and hard. They can be completed individually or sequentially. This version includes high knees, climbers, shoulder taps and plank leg raises and lots of jack variations. It doesn’t have high impact moves like jump squats, burpees or push-ups.
