Cardio & Abs is an easy-to-follow no-equipment high burn and streamline program designed to help you reduce your body fat % and define your midsection muscles in 30 days. Each day consists of five exercises in total and follows a circuit-training regimen. One day you do bodyweight cardio, the next day you will be focusing exclusively on abs.
There are no push-ups in this program but there are basic burpees and active planks. The routines are simple but each sequence will be a challenge to get through, especially if you choose to do this program at level III.
