Total Body is a 30-day all-in-one no-equipment program. It includes strength training, cardio, HIIT, abs & core, tendon strength and yoga workouts. It’s a perfect choice for anyone looking to get fitter, stronger, leaner and more flexible in a month. The routines are challenging but manageable at the same time. The workouts are designed to push you whether you are a beginner or you are already relatively fit. You can repeat this program 3 times going up a level with each go.
The program doesn’t include any high impact exercises or push-ups. If you do want to include additional biceps, chest and back work, pair it with one or two of the following challenges:
